The Spring Meeting was held at Worplesdon Golf Club on the 27th May. Eleven members and guests enjoyed a damp start to the day but the sun shone through later and good scores were made.
 

Alex Bennett, OCGS Cricketer, made the most of his first visit to the Golf section by winning the Pollard Cup with a magnificent 42 stableford points while his guest, Phil Mason, took the guest prize with 38 points. 
 

The afternoon Greensomes were won by the Secretary and his guest with 38 points. It is excellent to have a new name to engrave on the Pollard Cup and we look forward to seeing Alex at future meetings as well as defending the Cup next Spring!
